The program is easy to follow and understand. Once you have picked up your videos from one of our approved locations you can begin at any time. A full set of detailed instructions and toll-free help line numbers will be available to you, so you can call anytime if you need help.

Seven (7) different times while you are watching your video the instructors on the video will ask you to call our toll-free number and answer a few questions on our automated system. The automated system is available 24/7 so you can call at anytime, be sure to have your license number ready. You will be given a 20 question final exam when you make your last call while taking the video course.

Your certificates will be printed and mailed within 72 hours after completion.

Remember: After completing the final exam you must return the videos to the rental location within 48 hours
